Healthy Homes Solutions recently sponsored and attended Consumer Congress 2023 hosted by the National Consumer Federation.
The National Consumer Federation are an independent, not-for-profit charity that aim to influence government, regulators, and businesses in order to support consumers. They set up regular Consumer Congress events to bring together organisations and experts to discuss relevant topics to try to foster change and development in the industry.
This year’s congress, titled, ‘Net Zero: UK Homes’, focussed on how decarbonising homes in the UK can kill two birds with one stone: progressing towards net zero and lowering energy bills for vulnerable homes. We attended the event in co-operation with The Vulnerability Registration Service to speak with people about the VRS/HHS Initiative and how we utilised our expertise to make the initiative a success.
Other organisations that attended the event include Trustmark, Trade Engine, Electrical Safety First, The Installation Assurance Authority, NAPIT, BSI and many more.
Here is a short video walkthrough of the venue on the day of the event.
