What We’re Doing
Our partnership with MEGA AI powers an end-to-end profiling, recruitment, triage, and referral model — enhanced with inbound and outbound AI agents that engage through voice, SMS, email, and WhatsApp.
This allows us to:
- Quickly identify at-risk households
- Automate and simplify referral pathways
- Personalise support at scale
- Connect people directly with over 25 national partners, including Cruse, Kidney Care UK, Alzheimer’s Society, and Mental Health UK
Why It Matters
Vulnerability doesn’t wait. Traditional support systems can be slow, confusing, and form-heavy. Our AI-driven approach saves households time, reduces duplication, and improves access to life-changing services.
On average, our process saves users 88 minutes by eliminating unnecessary paperwork and reducing back-and-forth.
